Disability Support Coordinator

Your role as a Disability Support Coordinator will involve providing comprehensive support and guidance to individuals who have suffered physical or psychological injuries, helping them navigate their recovery journey and achieve optimal outcomes.

This permanent, full-time position based in Sydney offers the chance to work with a specialized insurance business that provides industry-specific workers compensation insurance to over 1600 accommodation hotels, pubs, and clubs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims, liaising with stakeholders, determining claim liability, managing treatment, processing payments, attending case conferences, and implementing recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at around $90,000 per year, plus a range of benefits, including flexibility to work from home, a corporate wellbeing program, discounted health insurance, and more.
Key requirements for this role include experience in allied health, rehabilitation, or disability support, excellent communication skills, ability to work well within a team, and a passion for helping people recover from injury.
