This role as a Desktop Support Technician requires a highly skilled IT professional with expertise in deployment methodologies, network switch configuration, and end-to-end cabling infrastructure.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing ICT stores, conducting stocktake activities, and disposing of obsolete equipment.
- Installing and configuring ICT endpoint devices, including establishing network connections.
- Using deployment technologies to install operating systems and applications.
- Configuring networks, switches, and security management systems.
- Performing maintenance tasks, such as patch cabling and tracing connections.
- Preparing endpoint devices for shipment, sanitization, and disposal.
