**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at a major retail site.

This role is based at the gate house and involves assisting with day-to-day traffic, clients and logistics that come through the distribution centre daily.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of staff, visitors and assets within the facility.

Shifts are paid at Security Services Industry Award - Level 3 Rates + Allowances.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure the security and safety of staff, visitors and assets within the facility
  • Assist with day-to-day traffic, clients and logistics
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current Security License
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A current First Aid certificate
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Ability to work in a teamwork environment
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters
