We are currently seeking a skilled and qualified Freight Transport Professional to join our team in Darwin. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of freight to our customers.

About The Role:

  • Freight Delivery: You will be responsible for delivering customer's freight accurately and on time;
  • Logistical Support: Maintain accurate records and communicate with the depot (manager/supervisor);
  • Vehicle Operation: Operate a forklift and handle manual freight and curtain gates;
  • Industry Experience: Transport industry experience with general freight carriers is highly regarded.

Key Qualifications:

  • A current and valid MC Licence;
  • A current Forklift Licence (LF);
  • Physical fitness to handle repetitive lifting of freight/opening and closing of curtains;
  • Experience working in physically demanding conditions and fast-paced environment;
  • Awareness of Load Restraint and Dangerous Goods will be highly regarded.
