Electrical Maintenance Planner

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Planner to join our team at Fortescue. As an Electrical Maintenance Planner, you will play a crucial role in planning preventative and corrective maintenance activities for our HV and LV Electrical Assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities for Electrical Assets to ensure smooth operations.
- Convert maintenance notifications into work orders and ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with department supervisors and coordinators to determine scopes and labour requirements.
- Facilitate and chair planning meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Review and process vendor invoices for maintenance-related services.
- Analyse work management KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive business outcomes.
- Mentor and coach maintenance, engineering, and operations teams in work management processes.
- Continuously improve performance and costs through initiative and innovation.
- Maintenance planning experience in a heavy industry environment.
- Electrical Trade qualification preferred.
- Advanced Excel and MS Project experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in SAP is essential.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret work management KPIs.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines and milestones.
