Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Home Care Physiotherapist in Bolton Clarke. As a community-based Physiotherapist, you will provide in-home physiotherapy services to assist with mobility, pain management, and strengthening. You will work closely with local community teams and key stakeholders to develop individual care plans that achieve personalized functional outcomes. Your expertise will include falls prevention, education, and strength training, as well as incorporating a holistic approach to healthcare that promotes healthy living activities according to community and organisational priorities.
What We Offer:
$19,390 per annum (including salary packaging and meal allowance) plus reimbursement for kilometres travelled and other benefits. Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be currently registered as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA and hold a Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or equivalent studies. Prior community experience is highly desirable, and you will need to demonstrate the ability to provide high-quality treatment and intervention. You must also have a police check dated within the last three years, evidence of two COVID-19 vaccinations, and own vehicle and licence.
