Established Consultancy Seeks Senior Quantity Surveyor

**Overview of the Company:** My client is a well-established consultancy with offices throughout Australia and Asia.

**Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience and a strong background in PQS in Australia.

**About the Role:** This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Quantity Surveyor who wants to take on new challenges, develop their career, and progress within a thriving company. You will be responsible for risk analysis, financial reporting, and other key tasks related to construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk analysis and management
  • Preparation of financial reports
  • Excellent understanding of the construction sector, particularly in Health, education, and government projects
  • BoQ preparation and quick estimate production
  • Strong PC skills and analytical mind
  • Good knowledge of reading and interpreting building plans
  • Experience using BuildSoft and Cost X Estimating Software

**Requirements:** A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, ideally with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude are essential for this role.
