Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Information Content Specialist.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for translating relevant information from existing Standard Operating Procedures, Operational Guidelines letters, forms and other guidance materials into knowledge products that can be displayed in context within the agency's new CRM system.
  • This includes writing new guidance required to support the operation of a new CRM system.
  • The successful applicant will work with Agency Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring guidance materials are accurate, consistent and meet the purpose for which the resource materials were prepared.
  • In addition, the role involves reviewing all guidance and resources to ensure they are digitally accessible and in plain English.
  • Producing knowledge products that support all Agency teams using the CRM is also a key responsibility.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
  • IT proficiency including MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • A strong background in writing material is essential.
  • Experience in a similar role, working with legislation, policy, procedures, and/or standards is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
