Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Dental Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist dentists and patients in a seamless dental experience, prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, and maintain accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide chairside assistance, anticipating the needs of dentists and patients.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is in optimal condition.
  • Take accurate patient records, including dental histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
  • Perform reception duties, meeting & greeting patients, general enquiries, record keeping, and processing payments.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with patients.
  • Strong time management and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
  • Available to work 3 to 4 days a week as a start and have some flexibility on other days when required.

The estimated salary for this role is AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
