About the Role

  • Support the Depot Manager in day-to-day operations, driving smooth and efficient processes.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by guiding customers through recycling products and refunds.
  • Lead a small team to achieve top-notch customer satisfaction and staff performance.
  • Count containers manually, perform manual handling tasks, and sort recyclable items accurately.
  • Cash handling and maintaining precise records are essential.
  • Evaluate staff adherence to health and safety protocols and identify areas for improvement.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  1. Collaborate with the Depot Manager on daily tasks and initiatives.
  2. Ensure customers feel welcome and supported throughout their recycling journey.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain accurate records of staff training and skills development.
About You
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as hospitality or retail, would be highly advantageous.
  • Previous leadership experience, particularly with small teams, will be highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel is essential.
  • A current driver's license is required.
