The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to lead our Northern Sydney region. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous retail Cluster Management experience who wants to demonstrate their drive and initiative.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance of 8 stores, providing excellent customer interaction, people management, visual merchandise management, and inventory control
  • Develop and implement tactical plans to deliver outstanding customer service, driving coaching, mentoring, and team leadership
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, recommending strategies to improve sales, staff, stock, and systems
  • Manage performance through goal setting and KPI targets, ensuring staff are aware, supported, and trained to deliver on team budgets and KPIs
  • Nurture the growth and development of direct reports, creating a talent pipeline within our retail network
  • Prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets
  • Manage escalated store or customer complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution
  • Assist with recruitment and manage all aspects of the employee life-cycle

About You:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous Cluster Management experience in the retail space
  • Proven track record of delivering results, driving sales, and engaging teams, with expert knowledge of KPIs
  • Great people management skills, with a thorough understanding of performance management
  • Ability to analyse data, act efficiently, and make calculated business decisions
  • Interest in thinking outside the box to improve and maintain a cutting-edge knowledge of our market
  • Passion for customers, and ability to organise and engage in internal and external eventing
  • Good active listening skills, providing inclusive and supportive environments for teams and peers
  • Ability to think on your feet and move with a sense of urgency

Location: Based in the Black Pepper St Ives store, with a rotating Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday roster.
