A dynamic individual is sought to fill the position of a Sales Associate in a retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar retail environment, demonstrated drive to achieve sales targets, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and team-mates.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and memorable interactions with customers.
  • Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets.
  • Complete sales transactions and aim to reach set store sales goals.
  • Work with teammates to maintain a clean and well-stocked store.
  • Be proactive in keeping knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services provided.
  • Contribute to a fun and supportive culture in-store.
  • Maintain a strong safety mindset and commitment to creating a culture of safety within the team.
Key Requirements
  • PASSION FOR ANIMALS AND PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR RETAIL ENVIRONMENT.
  • DRIVE TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS.
  • STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS WITH ABILITY TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS AND RAPPORT WITH CUSTOMERS AND TEAM-MATES.
  • ADHERE TO SAFETY PROCEDURES AT ALL TIMES.
