We are seeking a seasoned early childhood education leader to join our team as Director of a dynamic and growing service.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, focusing on key areas such as staff development, quality assurance, growth strategies, safety protocols, and financial performance.

This role requires a strong educational background, leadership skills, and experience in early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing the daily operations of a childcare centre, leading a team of educators and staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve centre operations and achieve business objectives
  • Oversee the five key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety, and Financial Performance
  • Lead a team of educators and staff to deliver high-quality early learning and care programs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of safety and quality
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Strong ECT or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
  • Leadership and operations experience in early childhood education
  • Ability to oversee the five pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety, and Financial Performance
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
  • Current Employee Working with Children Check (as required by law)
