Garden Volunteer Opportunity

Helping residents maintain their mobility and improve their health and wellbeing is a rewarding experience. Our garden club provides a space for social interaction and community engagement. No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for gardening is beneficial.

We are looking for volunteers who can bring fun and energy to our gardening sessions. Working closely with our residents to plant and maintain cottage gardens improves their quality of life and helps them feel less isolated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance of cottage gardens
  • Work collaboratively with residents to achieve common goals
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive environment

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
