Job Profile

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our organization in a key financial management role.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including processing payroll (STP) and reconciling monthly accounts.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, as well as annual reports.
  • Submit PAYG and BAS statements to the ATO Portal.
  • Process Workcover and Portable Long Service Leave (PLSA) claims.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage banking transactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Relevant finance qualifications, such as Certificate IV or Diploma level.
  • Over 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accountancy roles, preferably in the Neighbourhood/Not for Profit sector.
  • High-level expertise in financial and administrative tasks.
  • Proven proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office, and ATO Portal.
  • Strong IT skills, with working knowledge of Xero, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required.
