We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Assistants at Petbarn, Australasia's leading pet specialty retailer. About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Assist with merchandising and visual displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers on pet care and products.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues and promoting a safe and respectful work environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong merchandising skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
