Chief Penetration Testing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Offensive Security Consultant to enhance our organization's security posture.
This position requires working three days a week in one of our office locations, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
As an experienced consultant, you will be responsible for designing, scoping, and executing penetration tests, as well as supporting red and purple team engagements.
You will analyze findings, report, and provide remediation advice, while also improving security testing processes and mentoring junior team members.

About This PositionThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in security testing or software development, strong theoretical knowledge in offensive security areas such as web application, mobile, infrastructure (including cloud and containers) security, and a willingness to learn and apply the latest offensive security tactics and techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.
- Hands-on experience in security testing or software development
- Strong theoretical knowledge in offensive security areas

- Ability to thoroughly analyze vulnerabilities and identify root causes
