Are you an experienced professional in business services looking for a new challenge? You'll manage a client portfolio, guiding accountants and graduates to deliver exceptional accounting and advisory services.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Review complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns, and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts, and individual businesses.">
  • Prepare cash flows and monthly management reports for clients.">
  • Provide strategic business advice for clients and collaborate with experienced partners on commercial projects.">
  • Work closely with adviser support managers and partners to ensure accurate and timely work completion.">
  • Mentor and coach junior team members.">
">Required Skills & Qualifications:">

Public practice experience and the ability to lead and support others are essential. A CA or CPA qualification is required, or be working towards this. Strong commercial acumen, sound technical accounting, and analytical skills are necessary. Ability to develop positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients, as well as excellent cloud accounting product knowledge (i.e., Xero, MYOB, Excel), is required.
