Key Role:

This senior role will play a pivotal part in shaping risk management and policy strategies at our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the annual prudential standard attestation process to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
  • Drive improvements in policies and standards; guarantee regulatory obligations are fulfilled.
  • Offer expert advice, guide document owners through the approval and publication process, and collaborate with the Group Risk Extended Leadership Team to deliver added value across the organization.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization, and when necessary, partner with external consultants to guarantee that standards are industry-leading.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in financial services, preferably banking, with a solid understanding of risk management and prudential standards.
  • A degree in Commerce, Business, Law, or a similar field, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Natural communication skills; able to prepare clear briefs for senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint); knowledge of Service Now is an asset.
