Leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences is at the heart of this exciting Venue Manager role.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, able to motivate and inspire their team to create memorable moments for our guests.

This multifaceted role involves managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting team members, rostering, and providing exceptional customer service.

You'll have the opportunity to bring your passion for good food and creating memorable experiences to life, while developing and growing the business through your own initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships with our local community.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to develop and train your team to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Proven experience running or assisting in the running of a multifaceted venue.
  • Ability to use financial and business acumen to effectively deliver operational targets and vision.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills, including working in a matrix organisation.
  • Industry licenses and accreditation, such as gaming license, RSA/RSG/RCG, wagering accreditation (as required by state).
