Warehouse 2IC Job Description

This role involves the management and supervision of warehouse operations, ensuring that products are accurately and efficiently distributed to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with SAP and a proven track record of maintaining accurate records.

  • Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular checks and updates in the SAP system.
  • Ensuring timely distribution of products to customers, both internally and externally.
  • Managing stock movements, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Investigating and resolving inventory issues, escalating them to relevant teams when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent tertiary qualification in a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food/beverage manufacturing and warehousing environment.
  • Forklift license essential, with previous experience in operating high reach forklifts and manual handling an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to supervise a small team.
