Job Opportunity: Trainer and Assessor
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team of professionals in Sydney. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the traffic control industry and/or the construction industry, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to train and assess students effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- To deliver high-quality Traffic Control and White Card courses to students
- Maintain currency of knowledge and skills in the training and assessment industry through continuous professional development
- Assess student competency and provide constructive feedback to aid their growth and development
- To develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
Essential Requirements:
- A recognised qualification in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2/3 years' relevant experience in the traffic control industry and/or the construction industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
