About the Job

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our field service team as a Field Service Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to our clients, ensuring their premises are free from pests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect client premises thoroughly for any sign of pests
  • Carry out measures as required to eliminate the pests
  • Identify sales leads in the region where possible
  • Build rapport with and communicate with clients regarding the eradication and prevention process
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will also require a current and valid Australian driver's licence and the ability to drive long distances.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Australian open/full driver's licence
  • Eligible to work full-time in Australia
  • Availability for possible overnight stays in remote areas
  • Interest in Pest Control or related industry experience
