Job Description

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing clinical and care service delivery for residents at our Residential Aged Care Services. Collaborating with the Facility Manager and clinical care team, you will lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality care outcomes and deliver leadership within the service.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the effective operation of the facility.
  • Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team in all clinical and care/support activities.
  • Monitor, review, and report on complex clinical conditions to ensure personalised care for all residents.
  • Mentor and coach Registered and Enrolled Nurses to help them reach their full potential.
  • Promote resident well-being and safety by ensuring collaborative care practices and the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record of collaborating effectively and leveraging the strengths of an established clinical care team. Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse with minimum 5 years' experience in Residential Aged Care as Senior Registered Nurse.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making capabilities.
