About the Role

Myndful Psychology is a private practice seeking skilled psychologists to join its team. The role involves providing exceptional support to clients' wellbeing, working in a positive workplace culture with outstanding onsite administrative support, regular professional development opportunities, and high-quality supervision.

Candidates will be supported by strong leadership in a warm, friendly, and collegial environment doing the work they love. The ideal candidate will have evidence-based psychological skills, a passion for delivering quality services, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological services to clients across age groups (children, adolescents, adults) under an Independent Contract Agreement
  • Maintain current AHPRA registration, WWC, and police checks, and professional indemnity insurance
  • Participate in monthly group supervision and ongoing professional development
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and collaborate within a supportive team

Requirements
  • Demonstrate confidence and autonomy in working with a wide range of presenting issues
  • Have experience in EMDR, Schema Therapy, Neurodiversity Affirming Practice (highly desirable)
  • Have strong interpersonal, written, and oral skills
  • Enjoy being an active part of a team with a desire to develop within the practice
