Job Title: Technology PR Specialist

Job Description

As a seasoned communications professional, you will be responsible for managing the reputation of clients in the technology sector. This entails developing and implementing PR strategies to boost brand awareness, crisis management, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Create compelling content that showcases client expertise and achievements through press releases, news stories, articles, case studies, and product pieces.
  • Negotiate media coverage by communicating with journalists to pitch story ideas.
  • Arrange meetings between client spokespeople and key journalists to discuss feature opportunities.
  • Closely monitor media coverage and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Prioritize industry conferences and events to stay informed about the latest trends and technologies.
  • Design and execute social media campaigns to enhance online presence.
  • Generate detailed reports to measure the success of communications activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or Communications.
  • Prior experience in technology, journalism, sales, internal/external communications/digital, or marketing is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is crucial.
