About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and sales support to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied and engaged.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our paint and coatings products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Accurately mix and tint products, including colour matching, to meet customer needs.
  • Process cash transactions and operate EFTPOS with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, peers, and clients.
  • Physical ability to work with paint and other heavy products in store, as required.

  • Can-do attitude and passion for customer service, with a solution-oriented mindset and ability to problem-solve.
