Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will work independently to deliver exceptional service and resolve technical issues for Telstra customers.
This role involves providing comprehensive solutions to customer queries, ensuring seamless product installations and rectifications. You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing fibre network technology, core network technology, and data services.
A key aspect of this role is working in a team environment to achieve optimal customer and commercial outcomes aligned with Telstra's corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Install and maintain customer premises equipment (CPE) for both consumer and business customers.
- Maintain and manage fibre network technology, core network technology, and data services.
- Perform fault finding on copper networks in rural or remote settings.
- Certificate III in Telecommunications.
- Open cabling license.
- Traffic management qualifications.
- An industry white card.
- A competitive salary estimated at AU$ 80,000 per annum.
