Scooper - Customer Service Representative

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our gelato team as Scoopers. Our mission is to create a positive experience for customers, and we hope to build a team that shares this vision.
As a Scooper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by scooping gelato and completing customer transactions accurately. You will also maintain store cleanliness, refill stock, complete delivery platform orders, and assist with store open and close procedures.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Scoop gelato and complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Refill stock of gelato and other products as needed.
- Complete delivery platform orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with store open and close procedures, including setting up and breaking down equipment and preparing the store for opening and closing.
