The Role
As a project manager, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to finalisation. You'll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to align stakeholders and drive shared success.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager skilled in complex transformation projects implementing software. A true team player with exceptional communication skills to ensure effective interactions between customers and cross-functional teams.
Our ideal candidate has prior experience working in vendor and customer-facing environments. Familiarity with governance protocols and private health insurance domain knowledge is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for delivering projects within agreed constraints of cost, time, scope, quality, and security. Regular monitoring and reporting against defined project plans will keep both internal and external stakeholders informed.
Day-to-day supervision and motivation of project staff, as well as supplier management, are crucial aspects of this role. Ensuring project risks are documented and mitigated actions planned to achieve objectives aligns with Civica's Information Security policies and procedures.
