Job Overview

This is a challenging and high-profile role for a commercial litigation lawyer who can work on complex disputes, develop litigation expertise in a collaborative team, represent clients in dealings with regulators and act for regulators in significant enforcement proceedings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in competition and consumer law, including advisory matters, regulatory investigations and enforcement action, mergers, access regulation, product safety and franchising.

They will be involved in aspects of class actions, insolvency litigation and regulatory investigations, particularly in the competition law space.
