Midwifery Support Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to support the induction process for newly qualified midwives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to promote best practice within a team environment.
Responsibilities include coordinating orientation programmes, developing additional support plans, and ensuring that all learners and newly qualified practitioners receive a comprehensive induction.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior staff, assessors, and the Clinical Education Support Team to deliver high-quality training and development opportunities.
The role involves:
- Coordinating orientation programmes for new staff members
- Developing individualised support plans to meet the needs of each learner or practitioner
- Ensuring a robust induction process is in place, incorporating up-to-date knowledge of preceptor programmes and assessment processes
