Job Description

  • As a senior member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery team and ensuring that project processes are seamless and meet 'best practice' standards.
  • You will have a dual responsibility: to lead the delivery team and ensure that project processes are aligned with business objectives.
  • You will drive and define technology and operational standards across the delivery organisation.
  • You will be a key conduit between the business and service delivery teams, interacting with other teams in the organisation to continuously achieve planned business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong background in strategy and planning.
  • Experience in leading programs of work and service delivery teams.
  • The ability to drive and define technology and operational standards across the delivery organisation.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders including technical teams and clients.
  • Exposure to project management elements, including solution design, forecasting resources and estimation.
  • Knowledge of IT governance and operations.
