Job Summary

A key role has become available for a proactive and detail-focused individual to join a dynamic finance team.

  • Process and reconcile daily customer payments accurately.
  • Regularly review debtor accounts and identify potential risks.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers while proactively following up on outstanding invoices.
  • Manage credit applications and conduct thorough reference checks.
  • Establish new customer accounts after credit approval.
  • Evaluate credit limits periodically and make informed recommendations.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage a shared collections inbox.
  • Maintain accurate financial data and ensure confidentiality of customer information.
  • Collaborate closely with sales account managers to provide actionable customer activity reports.
About You

We are seeking an individual with:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role.
  • Familiarity with Pronto ERP.
  • Solid knowledge of customer account processes and credit control principles.
  • Certificate IV in Accounting (or equivalent qualification) is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • An analytical mindset with experience compiling reports and interpreting financial data.
  • Effective time management and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude.
