About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our Client Management team. This dynamic role involves ensuring trustee obligations and operational activities are met with precision, professionalism, and high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist client managers in managing trust activities and administering back-office matters in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Manage payments with internal and external custodians
  • Administer back-office activities in accordance with policies and procedures, including daily and ad-hoc tasks
  • Maintain key scheme documents and records, including filing and archiving in accordance with policy requirements
  • Support finance matters, including debtors, expenses, and billing across the client management team
  • Monitor and complete all compliance requirements for allocated clients/funds
  • Support data maintenance and entry in the compliance management system (Client Connect)
  • Ensure working knowledge of all clients
    • Trustee back-office activities
    • Clients and funds
