Job Title: Strategic Organizational Development Leader

About the role:

As a Strategic Organizational Development Leader at Robert Walters Australia, you will be responsible for delivering leadership capability training programs and practice solutions across the organization. You will work closely with the People team to build and strengthen workforce capacity and capability, including a broader capability framework and assisting managers identify and address skills and competency gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish key learning paths and programs that support a performance and outcomes-focused culture.
  2. Work in partnership with key stakeholders on key training initiatives, programs, and projects.
  3. Manage the execution of deliverables across organizational learning and development activities, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
  4. Contribute to and/or lead the implementation of identified organizational culture and engagement initiatives and strategies.
  5. Provide high-level leadership and mentoring to the broader people and capability team and internal facilitators.
  6. Oversee the establishment and ongoing delivery of a suite of high-quality learning programs that reflect the organizational needs, culture, and diversity.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/Organizational Development or similar.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Experience using LMS 360 (highly desirable).
  • Significant and advanced background and broad understanding of contemporary learning and development practices in areas including leadership, performance, and capability development.
  • Ability to engage at all levels of an organization to promote a learning and development culture.
  • Experience in change/project management with a particular focus on leading change through training and competency development solutions.
  • Demonstrated influencing skills, including engaging a variety of stakeholders.
