We believe that every day can turn into a style statement. As a key leader at SHEIKE, you will help us make fashion exceptional every day.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a brand ambassador for SHEIKE every day. You will provide an absolutely exceptional customer experience and support your store manager in leading your team of stylists to do the same. You will drive the team to build genuine customer connections, exceed KPI targets, as well as grow personally and professionally.

In this role, you will support commercial decision-making, drive operational businesses, provide beautiful customer connections, and work in partnership with your store manager to drive successful businesses.

You will:

  • Drive an exceptional and inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction.
  • Inspire those you encounter through leading by example.
  • E nsure the team is creating a high-energy and compelling experience for customers.
  • Work with your SM to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with your team.
  • Drive and manage KPIs daily.
  • Support in coaching and developing your team consistently to foster their development.
  • Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets, and budgets.
  • Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop, and influence others.
  • Support in driving a commercial business.
  • Exhibit excellent operations and stock management.
  • Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day.

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:

  • A minimum 1+ years of experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to grow and work in partnership with an SM.
  • Exceptional customer service and styling skills.
  • Driven budgets and achieved exceptional sales results.
  • A strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business.
  • The ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business.
  • The ability to drive a positive culture and one-team environment.
  • Self-motivated and a strong communicator.
  • A passionate SHEIKE brand ambassador who believes in excellence always.

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive staff discounts, Assistant Store Manager bonuses, performance-based bonuses, a strong and positive company culture, coaching and development by experienced State and Regional Managers, leadership development days, and internal opportunities for growth.
