Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as seasonal Christmas Casuals.

This is a dynamic opportunity to work with a passionate group of people who share a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and games.

About the Role

  • Support across various areas within our stores from customer-facing to back-of-house operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service including pre, during, and post-sale interactions.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high-performance culture by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
  • Aid in the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist customers with their queries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  2. Help to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  3. Participate in visual merchandising activities to showcase products effectively.
  4. Support staff during peak periods to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, or games.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated individual.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with diverse groups of people.

Working Hours

Availability to work peak periods ranging from September/October 2025 to the start of February 2026. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
