Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Business Product Development Lead to join our product management team. As a key member, you will shape and execute the product vision and strategy at Serko Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of product management principles, best practices, and market analysis. Strong leadership and influencing skills, combined with excellent communication and presentation abilities, are essential for this position. The ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences is vital.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Communicate Product Vision: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product roadmap.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering their professional development.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of leadership in product management with experience guiding successful product launches and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong Travel domain knowledge in a SaaS environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and influencing skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
