Denim Department Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced fashion leader to join our team as a Denim Department Store Manager at our Eastgardens store in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
To succeed in this role, you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for our customers.
This is a full-time position requiring availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays. We offer competitive pay with the opportunity for monthly incentives, 50% staff discounts on our products, flexible roster options and dedicated management training and career development opportunities.
As a successful candidate, you will drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs, develop and train them to increase productivity, create a safe working environment and daily manage stock to minimize loss and maximize sales. You will also implement visual merchandising strategies, promote changes and roster your team according to store trading profiles.
The ideal candidate has experience developing and coaching teams, previous leadership experience preferably in retail, the ability to provide genuine customer experiences and proven ability to achieve sales and KPIs while controlling wage spend and stock loss targets. Previous visual merchandising experience working from briefs is highly valued.
