We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Stockroom Specialist to join our team at the adidas Essendon Factory Outlet. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of stock and logistics within the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately receive and process new stock, ensuring it is available for sale within 24 hours
- Manage daily stock replenishment to maintain an efficient and accurate stockroom
- Oversee the layout and organization of the stockroom, ensuring easy access and retrieval of stock
- Investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies or errors within 24 hours
- Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve stock on hand targets and optimize inventory levels
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example on the shop floor
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong retail stock control experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
