About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team at Hanes Brands Inc. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business contacts

  • Maintain and manage business continuity plans and crisis management policies
  • Promote positive risk management awareness
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on enterprise risk management

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting with CPA or CIA qualification
  • Experience in enterprise risk management, including a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management from the Governance Institute
  • Exposure to the FMCG industry
  • Experience in utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Strong capability to consult management to identify positive solutions
  • Refined analytical skills, having the ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong initiative skills
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
