Claims Management ExpertWe're seeking an experienced Claims Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of life, disability, and income protection claims. This individual will provide expert advice, investigate and assess claims, while coaching the team to develop their skills.The ideal candidate will have solid experience in holistic claims management, with knowledge of Early Intervention Services, Rehabilitation, and Community Services. A background in the life / disability insurance claims industry is also essential. Additionally, this person should be skilled at supporting and mentoring others to develop their skills.Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing complex claims and implementing proactive strategies to benefit both members and ART.
  • Engaging with members and stakeholders to understand their illness or injury.
  • Working with members, employers, healthcare professionals, and other key players to gather information, provide updates, and make decisions.
  • Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members to help them grow.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and positively impact member service delivery.
