Worker Support Specialist

As a Worker Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of workers' compensation claims and interacting with injured workers, employers, and treating health practitioners.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer-focused service to injured workers and employers.
  • Effectively manage all aspects of a caseload of worker's compensation claims within compliance guidelines.
  • Deliver the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and manage end-to-end outcomes for cases.
  • Provide clear and concise information about claim options, entitlements, obligations, and responsibilities.
About This Opportunity
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in medical, hospitality, retail, or corporate fields, is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for customers is essential.
