A leading role in regulatory affairs within a top crypto exchange, providing strategic counsel on key issues and shaping the company's long-term regulatory strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Advising on regulatory matters critical to the company's growth, including licensing and compliance.
  • Drafting and reviewing submissions to regulatory authorities and responding to enquiries.
  • Developing and managing the legal and compliance programme.
  • Staying up-to-date with current laws and regulations to provide expert advice.
Necessary Qualifications
  • Admitted to practice in a relevant jurisdiction or an equivalent qualification.
  • 5-8 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Prior in-house experience at crypto exchanges or fintech companies is highly valued.
  • The role involves non-contentious work, but candidates with contentious experience are also welcome.
