Laser Machinist

RPR Trades, a leading metal fabrication manufacturer, offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Laser Operator to join their team in Archerfield. This role is ideal for those with experience running sheet or tube lasers, as training can be provided on Trumpf fibre and CO2 laser machines.

The Laser Operator will be responsible for the operation of laser cutting machines, ensuring quality products are produced according to drawings and work instructions. Key responsibilities include adjusting machines for different material types, loading and unloading stock, checking dimensions during production, and cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine and work area.

We require a reliable and safety-oriented individual with at least 12 months dedicated laser machine operation experience. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and great attitude. This casual position has the potential to transition to permanent employment.
