About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Southport Sharks. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Deliver a high standard of service to members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages to the highest standard, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Table Service: Provide efficient and friendly table service, ensuring prompt delivery of food and beverages.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining the security of cash and member details.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to high standards of housekeeping and workplace health and safety.

About You

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in the hospitality industry, who possesses a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends, and public holidays.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Hospitality Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on customer service and food preparation.
