Job Opportunity

We are seeking a young and ambitious legal professional to fill an exciting role within our Commercial Law department.

Ideally, the successful candidate will possess up to 2 years of experience in a similar capacity and be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, proactive skills, and a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with sales and purchases of businesses
  • Leasing transactions
  • Providing general contract and commercial advice to clients

You will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of clients, including small and medium-sized businesses and not-for-profit organizations from the local area, as well as across New South Wales.

As part of a supportive and experienced team of lawyers, you will be well-supported in further developing your legal and practice management skills.
