Seeking a Graduate Valuer to join our team and develop valuation expertise across NSW. This role offers flexible hybrid work and a supportive environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will undertake and assist with professional property and valuation information consistent with legislation and policy. Additionally, you will participate in a 24-month graduate program with rotations across teams including Rating & Taxing, Objections, Compulsory Acquisitions, and Special Valuations.

  • Undertake and assist with professional property and valuation information consistent with legislation and policy.
  • Participate in a 24-month graduate program with rotations across multiple valuation teams.
  • Provide valuation support and advice to the Valuer General and government clusters.
  • Gain exposure to valuing every parcel of land in NSW and determining compensation for compulsory acquisitions.

  • Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to achieve quality outcomes efficiently and make decisions within delegation on valuation matters.
  • Deliver on outcomes that are transparent, objective, on time and in accordance with relevant requirements.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies and their application.
  • Student or Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute.
  • Completion of or undertaking qualifications eligible for Associate Membership of the Australian Property Institute by end of 2025.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.
