Spinifex Junior Campus is a secondary school for students in grade 7, 8, and 9, with a diverse student population of over 500 from various backgrounds and cultures. Approximately 44% of our student population identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.

About the Role
  1. Assisting in the supervision of education activities, under the direction of a teacher
  2. Assisting teaching staff with playground supervision
  3. Displaying confidentiality, tact, reliability, and sensitivity to students and their families
  4. Communicating effectively and displaying high levels of interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member
Mandatory Requirements for Identified Roles

It is a genuine occupational requirement for Identified roles that the position be filled by an Aboriginal person or a Torres Strait Islander person as set out in Section 7 of the Anti Discrimination Act 1991 for the purposes contained in Section 25 of that Act.
